How to get help, report a school that's missing, or ask us to correct something.
Send us a note
- Once you're signed in, every page in the app has a Feedback button at the bottom right. It asks whether the page was clear, with room for a note of up to 2,000 characters.

- Your note is saved with the page it came from and goes to our team. It isn't sent to an AI model. Our team reads notes in our admin tools, which don't show who sent each one.
- We can't reply through the Feedback button, so write to us by email if you need an answer.
Email us
Write to fattimah.hadi@gmail.com from the address on your account, so we know which account it's about. Don't send your password, and you don't need to send your transcript.
If you forgot your password
We can't send password reset emails yet, so a forgotten password can't be reset from the sign-in page. Write to fattimah.hadi@gmail.com from the address on your account, and we'll send you a one-time link to choose a new password. It works once and expires after an hour.
A school that's missing
- When you're signed in and a search for a college or university finds nothing, the list offers “Report … as a missing college” (or university). You'll find it in Setup and in Plan → Enrollment when you add a college.
- Add the city, state and website if you know them. The report goes to our team, and the school is listed once someone adds it from its own official site.
- Until then you can keep going without it and add it later.
Something that looks wrong
- Your own record: edit or remove a course or grade in Courses → My courses, and an exam score in Courses → Exam credit. Changes are listed in History, where you can undo them.
- What a course counts for: open the course in Courses → My courses and choose “Correct this (you checked it yourself)”. It counts for you and reads “Your entry”. The correction reaches our team too, so a wrong rule can be fixed for everyone.
- A step only you can confirm, like sending an application: mark it “I've finished this” on its card in Requirements. It reads Completed.
- A rule, date or source that looks wrong: use the Feedback button on that page and say what's wrong, with the official page if you have it. Your note reaches our team with the page it came from.
